Teen Arrested After He Caption A Picture OF A Gun, It State: Siri For Directions To Nearest School

!8 year old Corey Anderson was charged with making a electronic threst to conduct a mass shooting or other kind of act of terrorism.

An 18 year old man was arrested after posting a photo of a weapon on social media with the caption, “Hey Siri, directions to the nearest school “Hey Siri, directions to the nearest school." The Hillsborough County Sheriff's office detectives were tipped about Corey about his post on Sunday, days after the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas, That killed 2 teachers and 19 students.


The image posted of Anderson with what appeared to be a handgun, The sheriff's office said. An investigation found the handgun and rifle were “airsoft guns,” which resemble typical firearms and shoot non lethal, plastic pellets.


Anderson was arrested at a residence in Lutz, a suburb of Tampa. He was charged with making a written or electronic threat to conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism, officials said.


“This man intentionally instilled fear into our community as a sick joke, but be warned, this is no laughing matter,” Chronister said. “We will do everything within our power to apprehend, and pursue charges on those who make school-based threats.


“This student’s behavior is sickening, especially after the recent tragedy in Uvalde, Texas,” Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno said in a statement. “This child made a fake threat, and now he’s experiencing real consequences.”
