Almost a year after airtags came out a big update had unrolled.
After a year of relesed date, and after concerns of begin track by one. Apple release this update thought a press release: Airtags-press-release.
When setting an new Airtags more warnings will be show as "Using Airtags to track people without their consent is a crime in many regions around the world." They have and will contiune to work will law enforcement.
Apple's predision finding (Work only w/ iPhone 11/12/13 and up) will now work for finding a unknow airtag that could be hidden anywhere and anyplace in a car or other items.
Apple updated there tracking alert for you to be konw sooner, before it was 30 mintues apple had not show us how much sooner it will be.
Apple had said if you are track by one, please stop on a public area like walmart parking lots or go to the police station. Do Not Go Home offical warn.
Our take: It's amazing to seen this new updates to help the pubilc know, and find a unwanted AirTag in a place. Still unsafe for many people to be selling AirTags with no speaker but had figure that out. I have no doubt that it will be perfect and that it will fail most time.
